The route
Begin at Rike Park on the left bank, walk to the bridge entrance, cross the Bridge of Peace to the Old Town side, then finish on Erekle II Street. The reverse works just as well if you start in the Old Town.
- Start: Rike Park on the left bank.
- Cross: the Bridge of Peace on foot.
- Finish: the Old Town side at Erekle II Street.
- Reverse the route to start in the Old Town instead.
What you pass
The walk takes in the lit bridge and the river, with the Old Town rooftops on one side and Rike Park, the cable car and the wider river views on the other.

Walking notes
Evening walks are busiest near the entrances, so plan around the light rather than a fixed hour.
- Decide your return leg before you set off.
- Keep to lit, busy streets after dark.
- Confirm the cable car and boat hours if you plan to add them.
- Wear shoes that handle uneven Old Town paving.
